Issues I work with include:

I work with adults and couples to grow past their limiting, fear-based patterns to be able to experience more freedom, satisfaction, and connection in their lives and relationships.

As a psychotherapist, I believe that our struggles with ourselves, with each other, and with life, provide a great opportunity to grow ourselves, to develop resiliency, and to discover our own wisdom. With the right help we can learn to connect with more of ourselves and learn to befriend and support the parts of ourselves that get stuck, scared, angry, or hurt. In learning to relate more supportively to ourselves, we increase our capacity to relate to others. I work with clients to increase awareness of themselves and their patterns, both healthy and unhealthy, to have greater choice and freedom in the way they live, and to discover life paths that authentically express who they are.

In my psychotherapy practice I work with adults and couples and have an orientation that is holistic, depth-oriented, and transpersonal. My approach is eclectic and informed by several theoretical frameworks including: the neurobiological aspects of attachment and trauma, including how early experience hardwires us to relate to ourselves and others in a particular way and how to change it. I provide a supportive environment to help adults and couples face issues of personal, psychological, and spiritual growth as well as find practical ways to improve their lives and relationships.
